About Us
Kisat Diabetes Organization (KDO) was founded in memory of Saifuddin Kisat, to help prevent future generations from suffering from the same complications of diabetes that he did. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of diabetes, its management, prevention, and the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.
We are a global, inclusive community of diabetes-focused affiliates and partners from every walk of professional life. We promote both formal and informal education for diabetes prevention and management and throughout the year our organization hosts community programs providing diabetes screening opportunities, education, and resources to those in need.
We are committed to making a difference and providing support to those affected by diabetes.
Our Mission
Provide early screening and education to patients at risk for diabetes
and help people with diabetes prevent complications.
How we are helping?
Every dollar raised in our fundraisers will help create awareness for diabetes prevention and management. Our holistic philosophy ensures that those touched by KDO receive diabetes-related assistance however they may need it. This includes preventive care through early screening and education, providing resources for management, and a focus on the prevention of long-term complications and co-morbidities.

Formal & Informal Education
We believe in the importance of both formal and informal education when it comes to diabetes prevention and management. We organize programs and events throughout the year to provide education to those in need. Our programs provide an understanding of diabetes, its risks and complications, and lifestyle management techniques to promote a healthy lifestyle and control diabetes.
